Julio César Ernesto Fernandez Larraz (b. 1944) is a Cuban painter, sculptor, printmaker, and caricaturist.
He left Cuba in 1961. From 1964 to 1970 he studied with Burt Silverman, David Levine, and Aaron Schikler, New York, U.S.A. .
