Julio César Domínguez Juárez (born November 8, 1987 in Arriaga, Chiapas) is a Mexican football centre back who currently plays for Cruz Azul. He played for the Mexican Under-20 team and he is regarded as one of the brightest young defensive players that Mexico has. He made his debut for the Mexican national team on August 22, 2007 in a friendly match against Colombia.
