Julio César Ribas (born January 8, 1957) is a Uruguayan football manager.
Following the defeat of the Omani team against the Japanese in the 2010 Asian world cup qualifiers, the Omani Football Association sake Ribas due to the lost and the performance of the team in that match . [2]
He is the father of Inter footballer Sebastián Ribas.
