Julio Manzur (born June 22, 1981) is a Paraguayan football player who was recently signed by Mexican club CF Pachuca on August 13, 2007

Manzur started his career at Cerro Corá in his native country before moving to Club Guaraní. He also played for Santos F.C. of Brazil.

Manzur was part of the silver medal-winning Paraguayan 2004 Olympic football team, who achieved a quarter-final place with two victories in the qualifying round, and, having finished second in the league, beat South Korea in the quarter-finals, and Iraq in the semi-finals, before losing to Argentina in the final. He was selected for the Paraguay national football team to participate in the 2007 Copa America.
