Julio Alberto Pérez Cuapio (born 30 June 1977 in Tlaxcala) is a Mexican racing cyclist with CSF Group-Navigare. He is best known for his stage wins in the Giro d'Italia. In 2001, he won on the Passo Pordoi before Gilberto Simoni. In 2002, he won in San Giacomo & in Corvara in Badia.
