Juliette Kaplan

Juliette Kaplan (born 1939 in Bournemouth, Hampshire, England) is a British actress, real name Marlene Hoser. She is most famous for playing the role of Pearl in the BBC comedy Last of the Summer Wine, since 1985. She also did a tour around British theatres in a one actor show, performing as Pearl. She is the mother of three children Mark, Perrina & Tania as well as grandmother to two girls Alice and Georgie.
She has also appeared in many British drama series including Doctors, Brookside, EastEnders and London's Burning. She also appeared in the film, The Death of Klinghoffer.
Juliette still appears in Last of the Summer Wine and lives in the seaside town of Westgate-on-Sea in Kent.
