Juliet Holland-Rose (born October 9, 1992 in United Kingdom) is an English/American actress. Her mother and father are both English; she has one sister, Olivia. She is best known for playing Via, Keely's friend in the Disney Channel series Phil of the Future. She also appeared in Felicity: An American Girl Adventure as Annabelle Cole. Holland-Rose lived in London, England until she was 11, at which point her family moved to the West Coast of the United States. She currently lives in Beverly Hills, California and attends Notre Dame Academy Girls High School.
