Julien Moutte has been founding IT companies since the age of 19, being part of the startup bubble in the year 2000 with a company called Accelance which, by that time, was providing consultancy and development to startup projects.
Julien developed the infrastructure and monitoring department which is what the company still do today after being acquired by the OpenWide group.
Julien then joined another company called Electronic Group Interactive specialized in billing systems on Internet as associate and C.T.O. helping it becoming a big multinational group with $20m+ of revenues.
On year 2004 Julien started a new company together with another associate from Electronic Group named Pascal Pegaz : Fluendo. Julien has been the C.E.O of Fluendo from 2004 to present and made it the Free Software multimedia expert that it is today.
