Julien Médecin (born November 3, 1894, date of death unknown) was a Monegasque architect. He won a bronze medal in Designs for Town Planning at the 1924 Olympics in Paris (no gold medal was awarded that year). He received his medal for his design of the Stadium for Monte Carlo in Monaco.

He remains the only Monegasque competitor to have won an Olympic medal in any discipline.
