Julien Loy (born February 1, 1976) is a French triathlete.

He won the gold medal at the 2007 Triathlon Long Distance World Championships in Lorient, becoming the World Champion, beating his fellow country men Xavier Le Floch and Sebastien Berlier who finished in second and third position.
