Julie Zahra

Julie Zahra performed in the Eurovision Song Contest in Istanbul, Turkey, in May 2004. As one half of the duo "Julie & Ludwig", she and her singing (and by then, real-partner too), Ludwig Galea, managed to qualify to the final and came 12th out of 36 countries competing. Their song, On Again...Off Again was just in the top 12, so Malta were automatically qualified for the 2005 contest in Kiev, Ukraine in May 2005.
She was the resident singer on the television show Kollox Sibt.
She is currently teaching singing in the performance academy at Newcastle College, United Kingdom.
Zahra is attempting to boost her profile in the United Kingdom by many public appearances and demo tapes.
