Julie Rubin is a fictional character in The Secrets of Droon.

Julie is the one who in a way “discovered” Droon in the first book. While Eric, Neal, and her were trapped in Eric’s basement closet she felt steps and so the three repeated what they did before and discovered Droon. Julie has the ability to fly and shape-shift.

Julie is usually very nice and quite smart, but she can lose her temper sometimes and is a bit impatient.

She has been best friends with Eric and Neal since kindergarten when they were stuck in a tree together, and since then they have all been in the same classes and summer camps.

• Julie bites her lip when she doesn’t understand why things are happening.
• Julie has been a princess of the Oobja, small furry creatures that live in the deserts of Droon, since Book # 6: The Sleeping Giant of Goll.
