Julie Anne Paulding nee Forrester (born 4 May 1969, Prenton[1]) is an English competitive track cyclist who won silver in the 500m Time Trial at the 2002 Commonwealth Games in Manchester. She had only taken up cycling 4 years previously having been forced to give up her previous sport due to injury.[2]

More recently Paulding has been active in cycling as Scottish Cycling's development officer.[3] She lives in Manchester and married Steve Paulding in October 2001.
