Julie Marie Berman (born on November 3, 1983 in Los Angeles, California) is an Emmy-nominated American actress. This young actress has been supported by her parents, Peter and ReneƩ Berman since she started acting at the age of 6.

Early in her career, Julie appeared in over 100 different commercials before she made her breakthrough passage into television on the hit show 7th Heaven, as the misunderstood Shelby Connor, a friend of Lucy Camden's. Julie continued her role on 7th Heaven, while adding a recurring role on Once and Again, too.

She joined the hit ABC soap "General Hospital" in October 2005 as Lulu Spencer the stubborn, troubled daughter of Luke & Laura. She has quickly become a favorite with fans and critics and earned her first Daytime Emmy nomination in 2007.

In addition to her acting career, she also received a degree in Television & Cinema from the University of Southern California in May of 2006. While at the university she was a member of Kappa Kappa Gamma Sorority.

She will be marrying her boyfriend of three years, Mike Grady, in August 2008.
