Julian Rosefeldt (born 1965) and is based in Berlin.
Rosefeldt was born in Munich, Germany; he mainly makes films, which range in style from documentary to theatrical narrative.[1] One of his best known works is Global Soap (2001) for which Rosefeldt collected and assembled footage of common gestures and expressions made by actors in soap operas from around the world.[2]
