Omidi has had his California Physician and Surgeon's license (License Number A71181) revoked by the Medical Board of California as of October 26, 2007, for the following reasons: "Obtained a license by fraud or misrepresentation by failing to disclose attendance at a medical school where he had been discharged for cause and for failing to disclose a criminal conviction."
