Julian Cordero

Julian Cordero (b. September 28, 1984, Dominican Republic) is a starting pitcher in the Milwaukee Brewers organization.

Cordero was signed by the Texas Rangers in 2004 from the Dominican Republic. He is currently playing for the Brewers low-A farm team, the West Virginia Power. He is known for a fastball around 90 mph and an odd three-quarters delivery.[1]

On July 28, 2006, Cordero was traded to the Brewers along with relief pitcher Francisco Cordero, minor-league outfielder Laynce Nix, and outfielder Kevin Mench for outfielder Carlos Lee and minor league outfielder Nelson Cruz.
