Julia Shapiro

Julia Shapiro (born December 16, 1984, in Saint Petersburg, Russia) is an Israeli pair skater. She previously competed with Igor Petrov, Alexei Sokolov, and Dmitri Khromin, all for Russia. She was the 2000 World Junior bronze medalist with Sokolov. Shapiro currently competes with Vadim Akolzin for Israel. The pair were the 2003-2005 Israeli national pair champions.
