Julia Parsons is a fictional character in the soap opera Doctors, portrayed by actress Diane Keen from 2003 to the present.
[edit] Character
Julia can be a little formidable. She's very efficient and is determined to do her job well but is mischievous and will take the mickey given half a chance.
She was Mac's first and third wife and together they have three adult children - Patrick, Liam and Sam. Their marriage broke up the first and second times because of Mac having an affair. The second time was with Kate, who became Mac's second wife.
When Julia discovered Mac and Kate together she split up with Mac for good. Mac left The Mill and Letherbridge to be with Kate and his son, Ciaran, in Ireland. Julia then bought into Mac's share of the partnership, becoming a Partner at The Mill.
