Julia Ling is an Asian American actress most widely known for her television work, including her recurring roles on NBC series such as ER, Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip, and most recently, Chuck.[1]

Little is known about Ling's early life. It is believed that she was born and raised in Temple City, California.

By the age of six, she had won many awards and had learned how to play the piano. She trained in peer listening and had become a junior psychologist at the age of fifteen. She debuted in Buffy the Vampire Slayer.[2]

She speaks four languages, and is working on two more.[3]
