Juli Fernàndez (born November 19, 1974) is an Andorran footballer currently playing for FC Santa Coloma in Andorra. With his team he has won both the Andorran First Division and the Andorran Cup several times.

He scored a consolation goal for Andorra in their 2008 UEFA European Football Championship qualifying match against Israel. He also scored the only goal in the UEFA Cup 2007-08 first qualifying round surprise victory of his team over Maccabi Tel Aviv F.C.the first win ever for a team from andorra in a european cup. But then Maccabi Tel Aviv FC won 4-0 at Bloomfield Stadium.
