Julián Trujillo Largacha

Julián Trujillo Largacha (January 28, 1828-1883) was a Colombian general, politician and President of Colombia from 1878 to 1880.
Born in Popayán, was Statesman, politician and caucano military man. President of the Republic during period 1878-1880. Julian Trujillo Largacha graduated as lawyer in 1849 and was president of the State of the Cauca. One married with Doña Dolores Thorny Carvajal, with whom had 7 children. Their main activities were in the camp. In 1854 it took the arms against the dictatorship from general Jose Maria Melo.
He died in Bogotá.
