Jules Sitruk is a young French actor born April 16th 1990, in Lilas, a suburb of Paris. He currently lives in Paris. He is the grandson of the Chief Rabbi of France, Joseph Haïm Sitruk, and a member of the family of Olivier Sitruk. Jules is currently in the first year of studying for a Literature Baccalaureate at the Lycée Général of Paris after completing his time at the Young School of Acting; le Collège Rognoni. His parents are musical composers, and he has one brother who is 13. He started a comedy aged 8 after being cast at his hairdressers. After, he had other roles in television and films. His first full length film was at the age of 11 in 2001 with Mr. Batignole and Gérard Jugnot, who acknowledged his talent amongst other young French actors at the time. He starred in another film, Moi César, aged 10 in 2003. Then 'Vipère au poing' in 2004 and 'Les Aiguilles rouges' in 2005. His first english language film was 'Son of Rambow', filmed in London in 2006 (released in cinemas in 2008). As well as all of this, he has alredy made more than fifty films.
