[edit] See =those Ulleungdo detail maps

Usando has bamboo field and nearby Japan's fishieman's boat stoage. http://outdoor.geocities.jp/yabutarou01/4.html

[edit] Usando = Junkdo? possible

Some Korean scolor admitted Usando is Jukdo.also Kyuujangak map site explain Usando can be jukdo on the Korean Ullengdo's detail maps.

Head of Dokdo museum "It(usando) is Jukdo"[1]

Tsukamoto Takashi, staff of Japan National Diet Library insist that the new evidence can be found only by the resident in Korea and It is enough to deny the claim by Korea Usando is dokdo, that especially the map discribed Hanjing Bamboo in the Map.[2]

"Hello, Your source is NOT that mean. Don't omit sentence from source. Why Do you omitted this sentence? Whatdamn (talk) 22:52, 5 January 2008 (UTC)

4709-68 Usando, in the right side of the map, many people think it is Dokdo. But It also can be confirmed if Usando is most biggest island of Gwaneumdo or Jukdo.[3]

Liacourt Rocks is also east side of Ulleungdo. Whatdamn (talk) 22:52, 5 January 2008 (UTC)

15423. Six island is discribed and the island labelled So-called Usando. These days it is insisted that Usando is JUKDO,adjunctive island of Ullunegdo though Usando was longly believed dokdo.[4]

Original research. Whatdamn (talk) 22:52, 5 January 2008 (UTC)

Explanation of 『朝鮮地圖』 鬱陵島(1750-1768.c.a.) 16030. The Usan(do) in the right side of the map could be big island of Today's Jukdo, located on east of Ulleungdo.[5]

Liacourt Rocks is also east side of Ulleungdo. Whatdamn (talk) 22:52, 5 January 2008 (UTC)
first of all, Don't omitting sentence from source. After all, you cut and paste only convenient records for you. In old times, map making technology was not good. You think ancient Human could measure azimuth, direction, latitude, longtitude, sea distance exactly? It was impossible. nevertheless, Usando depicted as east side of Uleungdo. They do not say, Usando is Jukdo. all of are your presumption and original research. [1] [2] Whatdamn (talk) 22:52, 5 January 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Usando = Junkdo? impossible

Korean think Dokdo(Liancourt Rocks) is Usando.

Some Japanese claimed, Usando was not dokdo(Liancourt Rocks). Usando was Jukdo.

But It is Impossible claim.

According to Japanese document Ahn Yong-Bok said, "Ulleungdo is about 30 ri from Korean peninsula, Dokdo(Liancourt Rocks) is about 50 ri from Ulleungdo." [3](Korean)

In 15 century, Human could not measure sea distance exactly. But, Ahn Yong-Bok's mean, Dokdo(Liancourt Rocks) is very far distance from Ulleungdo.

      Ahn said : Korea ~ Ulleungdo distance;30 ri < Ulleungdo ~ Dokdo(Liancourt Rocks) distance;50 ri

so, Ahn Yong-Bok refered Dokdo(Liancourt Rocks). Not Jukdo.

Jukdo is near rock of Ulleungdo. Distance is very close.(Actually, Jukdo is attached rock of Ulleungdo)

According to Japanese document 元祿九丙子年朝鮮舟着岸一卷之覺書, it is impossible that Jukdo was Usando.

Daehanjiji, metioned about Usando. Usando is introduced as Ulleungdo's sister island and it states "Usando is Southeast of that island Ulleungdo" This record as well as these are clear evidence that Usando does not refer to neither Jukdo Islet nor Gwaneumdo Islet as both of these are in northeastern positions. In 1900, Korean Government Imperial Ordinance 41, Jukdo, Ulleung-do, Seok-do(Dokdo). 3 islands already incorporated to Ulleung province. Korea already Incorporated Jukdo in 1900.

so it is worthless theory that if Usando was Jukdo.
