"Juicy" was the third hit single from Better Than Ezra's 2005 album Before the Robots.

The song was the follow-up single to 2005's "A Lifetime", which was the band's highest-charting single in four years. It was not as successful, but would reach #13 on the Billboard Adult Top 40 chart.

The song also received a promotional boost when it was used by the television program Desperate Housewives in its 2005 commercials. It wasn't the first time Better Than Ezra allowed a song to be used in a commercial, as the 2001 single "Extra Ordinary" was featured in 2002 McDonald's commercials.

The band's bassist, Tom Drummond, said the band had no problem using the song in the Desperate Housewives commercials. He told Recoil Magazine, "That was unexpected because they came to us and were like, ‘Hey, we love the song, we’d like to use it.’ And we said, ‘Okay! Number one show in the world, go ahead.’"

The song has been featured in several Applebee's commercials during 2007. The song is also played at the NHL's Dallas Stars home games at the American Airlines Center after left wing Jussi Jokinen (who's nicknamed 'Juice' or 'Juice-box') scores a goal.
