  • konfessionell gebundene Jugendliche needs a clarification: Konfession does not refer to the practice of confession as, for example, among Catholic or Orthodox Christians; rather, it roughly corresponds to the English word "denomination". Thus these are "denominationally committed young people". I will revise accordingly. Chonak 00:11, 1 May 2006 (UTC)
  • In the first pledge, I think there is a misunderstanding about this sentence:

Nehmt nun das Versprechen der Gemeinschaft aller Schaffenden unseres Volkes entgegen, Euch zu schützen, zu fördern, zu helfen, damit Ihr das hohe Ziel, das Ihr Euch gestellt habt, erreichen werdet.

entgegennehmen is "to receive" or "to accept", so this should be:

"Now accept this promise from the community of all the builders of our people: to protect you, to support you, to help you, so that you will reach the high goal that you have set for yourselves."

Since this is a significant change in meaning, I will hold off modifying this, in case there is any contrary view from other interested editors. Chonak 00:32, 1 May 2006 (UTC)

Having seen no objections in a day, I've applied the change. Chonak 01:14, 2 May 2006 (UTC)
