Judy Foote is a Canadian politician. She represented the electoral district of Grand Bank in the Newfoundland and Labrador House of Assembly from 1996 to 2007. She was a member of the Liberal Party.
Foote did not stand for re-election in the 2007 election. She has been nominated as the federal Liberal candidate in Random—Burin—St. George's in the 40th Canadian federal election.
