[edit] Early Career
In 1994, Little Judy started filling a void on the Internet when she noticed there were no existing websites covering the sizzling Latin music scene. Combining her artistic and technical talents with her passion for Latin music, Little Judy became a self-made Webmistress and launched Little Judy's Juepa! Page. The site quickly grew into Latin Music Online (LMOL) and set the standard for Latin Music coverage on the Internet. Little Judy was the hostess for Ricky Martin and Marc Anthony's first online chats with America Online. In 1996, she made sure that LMOL was one of the first music sites to be licensed by BMI and ASCAP. She also pioneered live event coverage among Latin sites, hosting online events at the ASCAP and BMI awards.
[edit] Ju Ju Media
Little Judy formed JuJu Media, Inc. with her business partner in 1998. JuJu designed web sites and produced Latin Music On-Line, which was renamed LaMusica.com. Then, in February 1999, 80% of JuJu Media, Inc. was acquired by Latin radio powerhouse Spanish Broadcasting System and Little Judy stayed on as Executive Producer of LaMusica.com for five years. In 2004, after departing SBS, Judy left Luis G Moreno in charge of content on the music and entertainment site. LaMusica.com is now the hub of a network of SBS radio stations sites in the U.S. and Puerto Rico.
As part of her work at Spanish Broadcasting System, Little Judy was heard regularly on WSKQ-FM/New York's hit morning show El Vacilón de la Mañana where she provided information and fun facts as the show’s “official nerd” and was webmistress of the show’s website elvacilon.com.
