Judith Scott (born in Fort Bragg, North Carolina) is an actress who has been filmed since 1987 mainly in TV series. She portrayed Dr. Rose Kent on Season 1 of 24. She was a regular on CSI: Crime Scene Investigation series. She also portrayed Esmee Pascal on the Showtime series Dexter.
