Though this image is subject to copyright, its use is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:

It is a low resolution copy of a logo.
It does not limit the copyright owner's rights to publicize the Olympics in any way.
The logo is significant because it is a one-of-a-kind logo specially designed for the 2008 Olympics in Beijing, and well-represents the sport pictured as well as the games it is included in.
The logo is only being used for informational purposes.
