Thanks, Michal, I am having a wonderful time in Poland. I have been to Szczecin, Gdansk, Olsztyn, Ketrzyn, Warsaw, Poznan and now Wroclaw. Next is Krakow. All have been very interesting. You should come to Australia some time :) Intelligent Mr Toad (talk) 19:50, 26 May 2008 (UTC)
Yes Wroclaw does seem very prosperous, but so does Warsaw. It must be all those German tourists! I have been to Prague twice, and next week I am going to Bratislava. Prague looks poorer and dirtier than Warsaw, in my opinion. Intelligent Mr Toad (talk) 07:35, 27 May 2008 (UTC)
I didn't go to Praga, only the central areas on the western bank, all of which I thought was wonderful. But in all the Polish cities I have been to there are a lot of decaying old pre-war buildings, some of them very fine, which ought to be fixed up and painted. This would be a great improvement.
