JUBMES banka
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
JUBMES banka (full name: Jugoslovenska banka za međunarodnu ekonomsku saradnju a.d. Beograd) (BELEX: JMBN) is a Serbian bank.
It is a mixed capital bank with around 200 stakeholders - mostly companies and other banks, as well as some private individuals who altogether own 3.78% stake. However, the bank's ownership structure is very murky as its single largest stakeholder is still a state entity - Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia (a country defunct since 1992) with 24.36% stake.[1]
In addition to other Yugoslav-era state owned companies, Republic of Serbia government also has 12.39% stake in the bank.
