Juana la Macarrona

Juana la Macarrona (literally Sheath Juana) (1860 – 1947) was a famous Spanish flamenco dancer (bailaora). Her real name was Juana Vargas, and she was a very popular celebrity in flamenco cafés.
She was born in Jerez de la Frontera. She died in Seville.
