Juan Watterson BA(Hons) ACA MHK a Member of the House of Keys for Rushen, in the Isle of Man.
He is a political member of the Department of Local Government and the Environment with responsibility for Housing (DoLGE) and Social Security within the Department of Health and Social Security (DHSS), these roles are the Manx equivalent of a junior minister in the UK.
He also sits on the Public Accounts Committee, Standing Committee on Economic Initiatives, Select Committee on Immigration, and the Executive Committee of the Commonwealth Parliamentary Association.
Watterson lives in the village of Port St. Mary in the south of the Isle of Man.
Before being elected to The Keys, Watterson worked in the Isle of Man branch of the accountancy firm KPMG, having graduated from the University of Lincolnshire and Humberside with a first class degree in Management.
He has been chairman of the Junior Chamber of Commerce and a member of the Police Consultative Forum, as well as serving on the board of trustees of Manx Radio, a position he resigned from when he declared his intention to stand.
