Juan Santiago is a fictional character on the ABC soap opera, General Hospital. He is the son of Miguel Morez and Lily Rivera Corinthos. Juan was portrayed by Valentino Moreno from 1994-1995 and Michael Saucedo from 1999 to 2001.

Juan is the son of Miguel Morez and Lily Rivera. Lily was forced to give him for adoption by her mobster father, Hernando.
In 1999, Juan arrived in Port Charles, looking for his biological parents. He at first believed that Sonny Corinthos was his real father. Sonny was married to Lily when she died in 1996. Sonny wanted to protect Juan from the mob, so he pushed him away. They later made peace and Sonny revealed to him that Miguel Morez was his real father.
Juan instantly fell for Emily Quartermaine, despite their families' blatant disapproval. Eventually they won out and Juan was allowed to stay in Port Charles with Taggert as his guardian. Emily soon discovered that Juan could sing and urged him to pursue singing, and sign on with Ned Ashton's record label, L&B.
Their relationship began to fell apart when Alison Barrington became interested in Juan. Alison invited Juan and Emily to a rave at an abandoned house, while there, they got into a huge fight, and Juan left with Alison. As Emily was wandering around, she came upon Juan and Alison kissing. Upset, she left with a guy she had met at the rave, Ted. The next morning Emily woke up with a drug needle in her hand and Ted next to her, dead.
Juan tried to help Emily through this crisis, but she couldn't get over seeing him with Alison. It was later revealed that Emily did not kill Ted, and that also Ted was an undercover cop trying to help her. Zander Smith had set up Emily. Zander kidnapped Emily, and took off for the Canadian border. While she was with Zander, she began to fall for him, and after Zander was arrested and brought back to Port Charles, she visited him everyday in prison.
Juan became jealous, he told Emily that he loved her and begged for her to forgive him. When Juan forced her to choose between him and Zander. She chose Zander. After this, Juan decided to go traveling around South America, and asked Taggert to leave. Before leaving, Juan and Emily shared a tender goodbye, and as Em was leaving, he whispered that he loved her. Juan left town, and hasn't been heard from since.
