Juan Germán Roscio

Juan Germán Roscio (27 May 1763-10 March 1821), was a Venezuelan lawyer and politician of Italian background, who is recognised as the First Chancellor of the Republic of Venezuela,[1] one of the central ideologists of the Independence of Venezuela,[2] and the main editor of the Act attached to the former.
