Juan Eduardo Esnáider (born March 5, 1973 in Mar del Plata) is a retired Argentine football player.

He was born in Mar del Plata in Buenos Aires Province on March 5, 1973. His surname is a Spanish spelling reform of the German surname Schneider, which means "tailor". He is of Volga German and Spanish descent.
Esnáider played most of his career in Spain and Argentina, but he also had brief spells in Italy, Portugal and France.
He made his professional debut in a game against Vélez Sársfield on September 2, 1990 for Ferro Carril Oeste.
After only 6 games for Ferro, Esnáider was bought by Real Madrid, in Spain. Esnaider never really settled in the Madrid team and only scored 2 goals for the team in 28 appearances. Esnáider also played for Real Zaragoza, Atlético Madrid, Espanyol and Real Murcia in Spain, Cadetes de San Martín, River Plate of Argentina, Juventus of Italy, Porto of Portugal and Ajaccio of France before retiring at Newell's Old Boys in Argentina.
