Juan Carlos Alom (born December 1964 in Havana, Cuba) is a well-known Cuban photographer.

Alom is photograher and has worked extensively with Fototeca de Cuba. At this institution he taught several photgraphy workshops. In 1990, he studied at the International Institute of Journalism in Havana, Cuba. Alom worked as a journalist from 1985-1989 at Editoral Abril in Havana, Cuba. He is now a free-lance photographer.
