Juan Balboa Boneke (born 1938 in Rebola, Equatorial Guinea) is an Equatorial Guinean politician and writer.
He studied at the Escuela Superior de Santa Isabel and at La Escuela social de Granada. He was minister under Teodoro Obiang until he descended with the dictatorship policies and went into exile, settling in Mallorca, Spain.
