I think I give up editing stuff here, it's too annoying watching technical details degenerate into something that is not quite right. For some of the topics I tried to or started to write about above, it would be much better to just singly author a paper/book about them or point you to any number of the good ones. Much of the stuff on Wikipedia is good, very good in fact, but there is obviously a handful of things that aren't so good and never will be.
