[edit] Welcome from Redwolf24
Welcome!
Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. We as a community are glad to have you and thank you for creating a user account! Here are a few good links for newcomers:
- The Five Pillars of Wikipedia
- How to edit a page
- Editing, policy, conduct, and structure tutorial
- Picture tutorial
- How to write a great article
- Naming conventions
- Manual of Style
- Merging, redirecting, and renaming pages
- If you're ready for the complete list of Wikipedia documentation, there's also Wikipedia:Topical index.
Yes some of the links appear a bit boring at first, but they are VERY helpful if you ever take the time to read them.
Remember to place any articles you create into a category so we don't get orphans.
I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! By the way, please be sure to sign your name on Talk and vote pages using four tildes (~~~~) to produce your name and the current date, or three tildes (~~~) for just your name. If you have any questions, see the help pages, add a question to the village pump or ask me on my Talk page. Again, welcome.

[edit] Many have requested this of you, Im afraid I have to insist, sorry
Your username has been blocked indefinitely because it is either inflammatory, deliberately confusing, designed to impersonate legitimate users, or otherwise inappropriate (see our blocking policy for more information). You are encouraged to create a new account and contribute to Wikipedia under a more appropriate username, and in a constructive manner. See Wikipedia:Username for guidance on selecting an appropriate username. You may also edit Wikipedia without creating an account. You are not allowed to edit Wikipedia under an inappropriate username. If you would like to discuss the block, you may edit your talk page or email the administrator who blocked you.
Due to Wikipedia's mechanism for enforcing name changes, your IP address may be temporarily blocked. Unless you have also been engaging in vandalism or impersonation of another user, we will remove that block as soon as possible — if this doesn't happen within an hour or so, please email an administrator and explain the situation (see the list of administrators).
If you want to keep the contributions from your old account for your new username, please follow these directions: (1) Add {{unblock-un|new username}} to your user talk page. This is possible because even when you are blocked, you can still edit your own talk page. (2) Soon, an admin may come to unblock you. (3) You will have 24 hours after the unblock to file a request on Wikipedia:Changing username before you may be re-blocked. Note that this can only be done before you create the new one. For more information, please visit Wikipedia:Changing username. In many cases (especially if your account has few or no edits), it is a lot easier to create a new account.

[edit] W.I.T.C.H. (organisation) requested move
Hi there! Could you please explain on the talk page why you want W.I.T.C.H. (organisation) moved to Women’s International Terrorist Conspiracy from Hell? Would a simple redirect suffice? I went to Wikipedia:Requested_moves, but didn't find any mention of W.I.T.C.H. at all. I'm a bit puzzled. An An 03:06, 9 January 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Buck Rogers cleanup
Can you be more specific on the changes you would like to see in the Buck Rogers article? Rick Norwood 19:58, 27 February 2006 (UTC)
[edit] SKY TG24 Canada
I don't know why you continue to redirect SKY TG24 Canada to SKY TG24, these are two seperate channels. TG24 Canada is a Canadian channel with Canadian content and it was licensed by the CRTC as a Canadian channel and its owned by TLN Network Inc. which is all listed in the article, if you'd like to read it and see the information for yourself, ur more then welcome to read it, thats what it's there for! :S
They are 2 seperate channels and need different articles to describe them! 70.31.137.12 03:26, 27 October 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Commercial bumper
Regarding the {{cleanup}} tag on Commercial bumper, would it be possible to leave a note at Talk:Commercial bumper briefly mentioning what needs to cleaned up? It's not readily apparent (to me, at least). Thanks. --Interiot 09:35, 30 October 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Your edit to The Batman
Hello. Could you explain why your recent edit to The Batman? Specifically, why did you change the page's function from a dab to a redirect? Ace Class Shadow; My talk. 22:09, 3 November 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Re:SKY TG24 Canada
SKY TG24 and SKY TG24 Canada are two completely different channels. I think I made it clear the last time that I messaged you that they are 2 different channels. 1. TG24 Canada has Canadian programs airing on the channel 2. TG24 Canada is licensed by the CRTC as a Canadian channel. 3. TG24 Canada is 100% owned by a Canadian company 4. Its in the name, the name of the channel is called SKY TG24 Canada.
I think it's pretty obvious that they are 2 different channels and nedd different articles!

[edit] Re: How to make this template?
I'm not too sure there is an easy way to do this. Unfortunately the task is not very much about editing HTML, and so I am probably not the best person to ask. You could always try the Village Pump for assistance. FireFox 17:10, 2 December 2005 (UTC)

SuggestBot picks articles in a number of ways based on other articles you've edited, including straight text similarity, following wikilinks, and matching your editing patterns against those of other Wikipedians. It tries to recommend only articles that other Wikipedians have marked as needing work. Your contributions make Wikipedia better -- thanks for helping.
If you have feedback on how to make SuggestBot better, please tell me on SuggestBot's talk page. Thanks from ForteTuba, SuggestBot's caretaker.
P.S. You received these suggestions because your name was listed on the SuggestBot request page. If this was in error, sorry about the confusion. -- SuggestBot 19:46, 16 February 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Samurai Jack
I'm looking at your recent edits to the Samurai Jack article and while I agree with some I disagree with others. When I revised this article from what it used to look like I attempted to follow the formatting of the Avatar the last Airbender article, which has FA status. Maybe I'm wrong, but I wanted to get your opinion on how to proceed. Sorry if this goes on too long.
First, I don't think there is enough information to make separate Jack and Aku articles as there are only only 5 paragraphs for each. They would probably be considered stubs if they were released on their own. These sections aren't poorly written they could probably be trimmed down a bit if length is an issue. They could also be filled out to make separate articles but that might just add too much fluff, which the article suffered from before.
Second, I could probably move most of the useful entries and references in the trivia section to the influences section under pop-culture and delete the trivia section altogether.
Finally, I like what you did with the formatting and I'll probably use the clear function in the future. Do you have any preference on image alignment though? I just alternated alignment to help break up paragraphs, and figured it looks good in other articles.
Let me know what you think when you have a moment. Hewinsj 02:13, 26 March 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Your request for arbitration
Please see the arbitrators' comments on your request for arbitration on WP:RfAr. The arbitrators are indicating they believe you can use other methods short of arbitration to successfully resolve this matter. Therefore, you might want to consider withdrawing this arbitration request, at least for now. However, if you do want to pursue it, then you need to notify all the other parties about the request, per the instructions for filing an arbitration case. Please let me know if you have any questions. Newyorkbrad 16:20, 31 August 2007 (UTC)

As an arbitration clerk, I am leaving you this note to advise that the Arbitration Committee has declined to hear the case you filed concerning The Powerpuff Girls. [edit] Cartoon Network Pakistan in Cartoon Network Sea Asia???
Hello!! Please be informed that Cartoon Network Pakistan is not Part of Cartoon Network South East Asian Feed but rather it has an independent feed of said country. I can proved it to you that Cartoon Network Pakistan Feed is found in Intelsat 10 satellite along with Cartoon Network India Feed and other channel. While Cartoon Network Asia Feed is in another satellite (AsiaSat 3s). Here the actual satellte feed coutesy of Lyngsat Satellite Data website:
- Cartoon Network Pakistan Found in Intelsat 10
- Cartoon Network Asia and other CN channel feeds in Asiasat 3s. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 124.106.168.43 (talk) 09:39, 29 May 2008 (UTC)
- Here's something to chew on, Cartoon Network in various countries within Europe have their own feed but get included in the pan-EMEA article as alone they do not have enough to justify an article alone. Whilst Cartoon Network may have it's own independent version in Pakistan, can you write a good enough article that can pass WP:N and WP:RS? I feel it cannot but you're welcome to prove me wrong. treelo talk 11:12, 29 May 2008 (UTC)
- Way back to the old CN around the world, it explains that the CN Pak is a variation of CN SEA (or Ind). -- JSH-alive (talk)(cntrbtns)(mail me) 01:04, 30 May 2008 (UTC)
