These images were created from paintings by Angus McBride. They appear in Rome's Enemies (3): Parthians and Sassanid Persians (Osprey Military 175) by Osprey Publishing (http://www.osprey-publishing.co.uk/title_detail.php/title=Q6886~ser=MAA). Several other illustrations which appear to be from the book appear on the Iran Chamber site (http://www.iranchamber.com/history/parthians/parthian_army.php) as well.

It has been pointed out that Iran is not a signatory to various copyright conventions, so it is not clear whether the Iran Chamber can sue Wikipedia over the use of these images. However, since these images were originally created by a British artist and were pirated by the Iran Chamber Society, their continued display here could get Wikipedia in deep doo-doo. I'm afraid they are going to have to come down, unless we can get Osprey Publishing & Angus McBride to release them. Here is their copyright policy page: [1]
