[edit] Edit warring on Flyleaf

None of the parties involved seem to be able to stop edit warring, so I've protected the article until this dispute is resolved. GlassCobra 15:11, 27 February 2008 (UTC)

Could you help me please? I have found over two dozen sources verifying Flyleaf's genre and I don't know the correct way to list them on the talk page, or if that is even something I should do at all. I am just tired of those two attacking me for stating the truth. The Elissa girl has somehow even obtained my e-mail and has sent me horrible e-mails i.e. racial slurs, vulgarities, etc., what should I do? I am new to wikipedia and would appreciate your help. If you don't have time I understand. I searched for a couple hours and couldn't find anywhere stating they were Christian rock. PPl just don't seem to understand that Christian is their religion, not genre. I suppose according to them that when I perform surgery the results are Christian, seeing how I am a Christian. Who knew, I was performing Christian appendectomies all along instead of normal ones? I suppose instead of fourth year resident, my title should be Christian surgical resident, not the real thing. You certainly did make this comment. You just had happened to leave it on the user page instead of the talk page. Hoponpop is nice enough to move it for you, and now he's being accused of being deceitful and unethical. --Onorem♠Dil 14:09, 3 March 2008 (UTC)

Please do not confuse my ignorance with malice. I did not know that this was what he did. In fact, I did not know that that kind of thing was possible, as far as moving comments. No need for any apologies. I can understand this being a confusing situation. It happens, and it's a mistake I've seen quite often from admins on WP:ANI too. Dwrayosrfour has now given an explanation which could reasonably explain the confusion for the whole situation. I just happened to notice what had happened and wanted to make sure that hoponpop wasn't criticized too much for trying to be helpful. Looks like you all have started come to a sort of compromise on the article now, so that's another plus. Happy editing. --Onorem♠Dil 13:37, 4 March 2008 (UTC)

Hey there, I'm glad to see you guys are starting to argue constructively. I've asked a question on the article talk page about the possibilities of including both genres, though probably with alternative rock as the primary genre. Please weigh in with your thoughts.
