The Joyce Mason School of Dancing is an independent dance school based in Scunthorpe, North Lincolnshire, England. The school specialises in the teaching of theatre dance, including Classical Ballet, Tap, and Modern Jazz and, has teachers qualified with leading dance organisations including the Royal Academy of Dance, International Dance Teachers Association, British Association of Teachers of Dance and Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing.
The school is noted for having a number of students continue their training at a professional level, later working as professional dancers and theatre performers. Former students of the school have also studied at the Royal Ballet School, Bird College and National Youth Music Theatre.

- Sheridan Smith, is a popular British actress in the UK. She has appeared in a number of shows on British television and in theatre. She is most noted for playing the role of Janet in Two Pints of Lager and a Packet of Crisps and in 2008, she was nominated for the Laurence Olivier Award for Best Actress in a Musical for her role in the West End theatre production of Little Shop of Horrors. Smith is due to play the role of Samantha in a UK television revival of the American sitcom Bewitched.[1] [2]
- Eliot Rudolph, is a graduate of the Joyce Mason School and Central School of ballet and has danced with Atlanta Ballet, English National Ballet, Bejart Ballet, Scottish Ballet, English National Opera, and Northern Ballet Theatre. Rudolph is currently a dancer with the Royal New Zealand Ballet [3]
