United Nations' delegates Vice Admiral C. Turner Joy, USN (left), Major General Henry I. Hodes, U.S. Army (center), and Rear Admiral Arleigh A. Burke, USN (right), on the steps of "U.N. House" at Kaesong, Korea, during the early days of the Armistice talks.

Photo is dated 19 July 1951, nine days after the start of formal negotiations.
