Jovaldir Ferreira known as Peris or Jovaldir (born 9 January 1982 in Rosário, Maranhão) is a Brazilian football (soccer) defender. He currently plays for PFC Cherno More Varna. Jovaldir is a left defender.
He signed a new 5-year contract in January 2005 with Americano (MA).[1], but on the same year he was loaned to Santa Cruz.
In September 2006, he was signed by Bahia of Brazilian third division. [2]
On 12 July 2007, he was signed by PFC Cherno More Varna.[3]
