The Journal of Intellectual Property Law & Practice (JIPLP) is a monthly peer-reviewed journal, dedicated to intellectual property law and practice, published by the Oxford University Press. [1] The journal has been published since November 2005. [1] The language of publication is English and the editor is Jeremy Phillips, Professorial Fellow at the Queen Mary Intellectual Property Research Institute. [2]
