The Journal of Clinical Immunology is a bimonthly academic journal published by Springer since 1981. The Journal of Clinical Immunology focuses on research investigating immunology—via basic research, translational research, or clinical studies—and diseases related to the immune system.

The current editor-in-chief of the journal is Dr. Sudhir Gupta of the University of California, Irvine.
