This is a low-resolution image of the cover of an issue of the Journal of Web Semantics. The image was produced by the publisher, Elsevier. As Editor-in Chief of the Journal, I approve of its use on Wikipedia. It falls within a reasonable interpretation of the fair use principle for discussing the journal.
