[edit] Removing AfD notices

Please do not remove Articles for deletion notices from articles or remove other people's comments in Articles for deletion pages. The notices and comments are needed to establish community consensus about the status of an article, and removing them is considered vandalism. If you oppose the deletion of an article, you may comment at the respective page instead. Thank you. Powers T 00:57, 27 August 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Sydney Walter Josland

How come you have twice removed the categories from this article, and also reverted my fix to Victoria University? The first time, I assumed you removed the categories by mistake, and perhaps had the University name wrong. If you look at the University website, you'll see that it is of Wellington. I'm also interested to know why you have removed the list of publications. Please reply here, I'll watch your talk page.-gadfium 04:28, 28 August 2006 (UTC)

I must have removed your corrections to the article by accident as I am new to Wikipedia and although I have read through a lot of the information on Wikipedia processes I haven't had time to digest it all! I will not make further changes to the article apart from adding the list of publications back in. I initially thought that it was too "self-referential" to the subject of the Wiki so I removed it.(Joslad1 04:16, 3 September 2006 (UTC))

Okay, no problem. Please do keep editing, I didn't mean to discourage you!-gadfium 04:34, 3 September 2006 (UTC)
